Brazil's Top Dinosaur Android Games in Q1 2021: A Sensor Tower Analysis

In the first quarter of 2021, dinosaur-themed games captivated the attention of Android users in Brazil. Sensor Tower's data provides us with an intriguing look at how these apps performed in terms of downloads and active users.

Wild Dino Hunting Zoo Games 3D, published by Play Menu, saw a strong start to the quarter with over 115K downloads in the last week of December 2020, but downloads trended downward to approximately 29K by the end of March 2021. The weekly active users followed a similar trajectory, starting at around 125K and decreasing to 47K in the same period.

BabyBus's Little Panda: Dinosaur Care experienced a decline in downloads from 93K to around 24K by the end of Q1. Weekly active users also saw a decrease, starting at 182K and ending at about 60K.

For Jurassic World™: The Game by Jam City, Inc., downloads remained fairly steady, starting at 31K and peaking at 43K in early March. The weekly active users showed growth from 110K to a peak of 139K before closing the quarter at 112K. Revenue for the game started at $1.3K in the last week of December and saw fluctuations, with a noticeable peak of $1.5K in mid-March.

Abuzz's Dinosaur games - Kids game maintained a consistent download count, hovering around 30K to 36K, with a slight dip to 27K by March's end. The weekly active users saw a gradual increase from 185K to 213K.

Lastly, Dino T-Rex by Offline games had a varied download pattern, starting at 28K, rising to 37K in early February, and then dropping to 22K by the quarter's end. The weekly active users peaked at 829K in the second week of February, followed by a dip and then a surge to 852K in the last week of March.
